Buffering/freezing
TV app keeps buffering/freezing (audio also affected). This has been going on for 1+ hours. I reset everything but problem persists.

Re: Buffering/freezing
@Cricri97 if the TV is connected by WiFi the modt common cause of buffering is an unstable WiFi feed. You can test the connection by running the Netwirk Test in the Get Help menu of the Netflix app. If you have a Glass TV the network settings page will tell you the quality of the WiFi connection.
Two possible causes the first is WiFi interference which a simole reboot of the Sky hub may help at least trmporarily as it causes the hub to find the least congested WiFi channel to use. The second is to improve the WiFi signal strength by getting a WiFi extender such as the ones thst can come with Sky's WiFi Max bundle.
