Broken router

Hi, my router has broken and will not come on. No lights when plugged in, tried dusting/cleaning with dry cloth at connection plugs still nothing. The router is completely broken and will not turn on. Thankyou

@Doggroomer13 test the mains socket it is plugged into if that is definitely working call Sky - lines will be fullybopen by 8am - to get them to send out a replacement.

I had an engineer out today and he said that the cable to the router is faulty and I need a new router box as the one I got is no longer made

Being a new Sky customer myself I am genuinely interested what issues "Sky engineers"  can deal with incase I ever need a visit...hopefully not.

Do they not carry spare cables or a router to get the customer up and running??
