We have been having work done on our new property. Realised our hub was no longer connecting and the modem had no lighting. Found that the plug pins had snapped. How can I get another open reach power cable?

The quickest way to get back up and running is by buying a generic brand version of the power supply off Amazon.
The quickest way to buy an official version is to pick up an ONT on eBay that includes the power supply.
The official way (I suspect), is to ask for an Openreach visit by raising a fault with Sky, which will take as long as it takes to resolve and may have a cost anyway as it is an internal fault (even if it is an accident).

Re: Broken open reach plug
Is that a VDSL modem for broadband over copper or an ONT used by a full fibre connection?
