Broken green ended cable

Dog has chewed through the cable coming in from outside with a green end on it, can we get an engineer out to replace/ fix it please as we have no WiFi

We're only other customers here I'm afraid, you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky

And maybe get the dog checked as Glass Fibres won't be good for them.

As @GD1 indicates, the 'green end' indicates that's the fibre-optic pigtail going to the ONT.
