Ah, you should be able to get one from currys, argos, dixons etc bring it with you it should be an rj11 to rj11 dsl cable.  Sky only send them out with new routers

@Jerome07 in that case call Sky or wait for the escalation as they need to report the fault to Openreach to get it repaired.

Always best to be as specific as possible when requesting help in your initial post like "the external line to the house is broken." I think our posts must have crossed each.
