Broadbrand connection

Hi I have rested my internet box and either unplug the wires and re putting them in and nothing and the only two green lights that appear are for power and Wi-Fi but the internet is blank

@Rebecca495 Link below is about the lights, then the service checker to have a look and see if sky have any idea, but Internet light out then NO broadband until green again, could be anything causing it.
