Broadbank Connection Upgrade

Hello,

I am currently using the Superfast broadband connection and I am willing to upgrade to 'Sky WiFi Max'. I am unable to do it online because when I enter my card details (specific digits of the card to be entered), it says it is incorrect. Is there any way to resolve this?

I have been trying to contact with someone to talk to as well but did not manage to.

Perhaps worth noting that WiFi Max is not a broadband upgrade: it's the newest version of the Sky Hub, plus a bundle of Parental Controls, supposedly increased threat detection and the option to claim one or more WiFi booster 'pods'.  The broadband connection itself stays the same.

Hello, Thanks for the feedback!

I was under the impression that it has high speed compared to the Sky Hub 🙂

The broadband itself doesn't change through having Max: that requires a switch from (for example) FTTC to FTTP.

The Max Hub may be capable of shifting data over WiFi faster than previous models if the client device is built to the WiFi 6 standard.
