@Chris276 if speedtests are showing good speeds there is little wrong with the connection to the line. The issue could be with your device's set up but one tip may help which is to add a public DNS entry to the network settings as if Sky's DNS is running slowly thst could cause lag in sites loading. In the devices network settings for the Sky Wifi change the DNS from automatic to manual and add the following addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which are Googles public DNS addresses.
