@Nicki32 if you want help you will need tongive more information. The online service checker in the My Sky app will show the latest speed test result and if you click through the history for the last 3 weeks if thecspeddsxare reduced the app should offer help.

 

if thecspeed to the hub is not the issue and you are measuring speeds on a device connected via WiFi then the issue could simply be poor WiFi in your home which isnt something Sky can directly control as its down to the layout of your home, how its built and the level of inteference.
