Broadband

My broadband isn't connected to the internet. All relevant checks etc done.. no joy/change. Working from home and unable to do my job due to this.

Try  rebooting your hub at the mains and give it 5 minutes after powering it back up to now see if it works, if it doesn't are all the lights on the hub lit and are not flashing ?
