Broadband

Had a broadband fault for4 days glass TV been shouting down phoned sky they tested and said it was a line fault need to book an engineer cannot have time off work so needs to be weekend told me it will cost £15 said I've been a sky customer for 20 years and pay over £109 a month for there service they agreed to waiver this charge after waiting 20 min on phone for appointment to be told open reach dont work weekend I will have to take a day off work for a fault not of my making bye bye sky hello ee

Openreach don't work on domestic set ups at weekends. It doesn't matter which isp you are with.
