Broadband

Hi I had a sky engineer out on Monday he said I need openreach out . They came on Thursday he said there was no fault on the line , I needed a new router. You kindly sent a new router . That hasn't solved the problem wp, we still have no Internet or sky q upstairs. It just won't connect

Where is the broadband hub situated in your property and are all the lights lit on it ?
