We are having a lot of issues with our broadband and WiFi, it says connected and all the lights are on correctly on the box however our phones won't work properly when connected and sometimes the television apps won't work either due to the connection.

Same problem here,

the phones are working but the sky tv isn't, keeps saying there is no WiFi when the phone is working right next to the tv.
