In the last few days, the broadband has been going down frequently for short periods of time. Yesterday at around 5 PM, it went down for almost an hour and then intermittently every 2 minutes until 9-10 PM. Since it became "stable" (which is a kind way of putting it), I have been getting 10-16Mbps instead of the guaranteed 100-160Mbps. This drop in speed is weird and unacceptable.
I've booked an engineer for Tuesday so we'll see if they can do anything about this.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Highlinder Thanks, I did and booked an engineer for Tuesday. I just wanted to voice my displeasure with the service since I'm almost 2 full days without being able to properly use my internet and will potentially have to wait until Tuesday to do so.
