Broadband weak signal

Since starting with Sky for broadband my ring security light and camera continually go offline and if I am home and try to reconnect it keeps telling me there is a weak signal or the camera doesn't even recognise the Sky network. I had no issues with camera with previous broadband supplier and am concerned about my home security.

@AW6567  Do you have broadband boost or Sky max as part of your broadband package?

Re: Broadband weak signal

After posting my comment I got a message from Sky offering me Sky max for an additional £4 s month which I agreed to but doesn't seem to have made a difference and my phone doesn't seem to be able to stay connected either. No problems with I pad or kindle 🤦‍♀️

Have you actually had a router and/or booster delivered?

Well it wont have made a difference yet then. If you've taken WiFi max out then you should get the white Max hub if you havent already, it then also entitles you to claim booster pods to improve coverage so you'd need to contact Sky to claim these.
