Broadband was switched earlier than agreed and hub not arrived so have no Broadband.

Switched to sky broadband and they set my switch date to 31st October. Have yet to receive Hub but they have switched the 3 days service earlier than requested. I have been told nothing they can do until hub arrives. I have no broadband and cannot work. I cannot even collect a hub apparently.  They are telling me hub won't arrive till next week Tuesday at earliest. Stuck with zero solutions
