There was only 2 devices connected at the time to play PUBG (on mobiles) and was VERY laggy. I am a new broadband customer and have the Super fast BB option. Just coming from EE, I've noticed the difference. Turned the phone on to our mobile data, which solved the problem but wouldn't you think BB should be way more rapid.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Crakie777 one thing to check is thecsetting for Sky's Broadband Shield which can cause isssues with online gaming if set too low. The setting is in My Sky app under product options.
