Broadband very slow

Broadband this morning was very slow, as me and my partner likes to play a game called PUBG, I got kicked out due to network outage 5 times. I was going to call to stop our Sky account as I'm sure we are in our honeymoon period as we are new customers. Not very impressed with Sky Broadband so far.

What devices do you play on and how are they connected to the hub?

There was only 2 devices connected at the time to play PUBG (on mobiles) and was VERY laggy. I am a new broadband customer and have the Super fast BB option. Just coming from EE, I've noticed the difference. Turned the phone on to our mobile data, which solved the problem but wouldn't you think BB should be way more rapid.

@Crakie777 one thing to check is thecsetting for Sky's Broadband Shield which can cause isssues with online gaming if set too low. The setting is in My Sky app under product options.
