Appalling broadband speeds
My speed has been appalling for over a week. I want it improved and a reimbursement for my bill and tv as I have been unable to watch paramount and numerous other channels

Re: Appalling broadband speeds
@Lynn260966 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum but you are unlikely to get any reduction in bills unless you have reported the fault and Sky have accepted they can't fix it.
As a first step run the Service Checker in the My Sky app which runs regular checks on thecspeed to your hub and if thst falls below the guarantee for 3 days the app should offer support. You can see the results of the last fewxweeks checks by clicking on the broadband link. The recent bad weather has unfortunately caused a lot of line issues so its possible that is what is causing your problem.

Re: Appalling broadband speeds
You can claim against the Sky Speed Guarantee for a one month refund of the broadband subscription.
Any credit for lack of television service is up to you to negotiate with Sky: you won't find any reference to that in a contract or T&Cs for Sky Glass or Sky Stream, even where it's Sky Broadband supplying the internet connection.
