Broadband very slow

Broadband keeps dropping out and has been very slow for the past week

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?

Yes I have run all the tests and there is a problem and it's been ongoing for a week

I have actioned every suggestion but still the same.

Do any lights change on your hub when the connection drops?
