I am joining Sky broadband on 13th May. Just realised there is no mention of the usage allowance in the offer letter. Tried searching in my account section, but I can't seem to locate it. How can I make sure it is unlimited usage before I get connected? I tried the virtual assistant, but it was of no use. Contacting the customer service seems to be the only option now?
Thanks for any replies in advance.

@Suresh1 There is no usage allowance with Sky broadband, it is unlimited and has been for a long time.
