Hello,

I am looking at upgrading my broadband- just wondering when going through the purchase would I lose access to my current WiFi while I wait for the new one to be installed?

only wondering as the only next available date is October 11th & working remotely I can't risk being without internet for that length of time.

If its an upgrade you wont lose your current connection until the new one is live.
