Broadband super slow

Subject: Urgent: Internet Issues and Rising Costs - Immediate Resolution Needed

Dear Sky Customer Support,

I’ve been dealing with a persistent issue for over two years now—every time someone comes through the door, the internet slows down drastically. This is likely due to the broadband being awkwardly placed right next to the door. Given the inconvenience, I’m requesting immediate assistance to resolve this without any additional cost on my end.

Additionally, I’m concerned about the increasing charges on my bill, particularly the “Signature” payment, which is now £38. I’m currently paying over £100 for a service that’s not delivering the expected speed, while other providers offer 150 Mbps for a much lower price.

If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to explore other providers. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this situation is unacceptable.

Please address this immediately.

This is a forum where customers talk to other customers: nothing gets 'Immediate Resolution' as a result of posting here.

 

Signature is a Sky subscription television product and unrelated to Sky Broadband.  £38 is entirely plausible as the list price when outside a minimum contract term discount.

 

If you are using FTTC broadband then master socket relocation is typically available, but will be charged for.
