Since Thursday 31st my broadband is not working properly. System check say all good but broadband not working most of the time. Without it again and sky help is just a joke! No one to speak to... replies are just a script... just fix it!

Thanks. Today the reply was that the issue is outside the house... an Open Rach engineer was called. I hang up and 10 minutes after the internet was on. And just now, at 9:00pm out of nothing it ernt dead again. Always fails at 10:30...but today was earlier. And always comes back at 12am next day (today was at noon)... agent was dismissive and not interested. Maybe i should stop paying... after 6 days with no resolution.

@PCRBM1978 it should be possible speak to an agent by staying on the line and not accepting ofers of a text etc.
However if thecsystem is telling you there is a known fault there is nothing you or Sky can do until it is fixed and nobody can tell you when thst will be
