Broadband still not fixed

An engineer came up it this morning and said he had fixed the issue. Less than an hour the internet is off again. 
really frustrating.

I'm afraid if the engineer believes the fault has been fixed you'll need to contact Sky again and report that it isn't.

 

Are you sure he didn't need to carry out further work at the cabinet (depending on what BB you have)?

When I go on the app it says there isn't an issue. But the internet light flashes amber it connects for a few minutes then goes off again. I have reset it and unplugged it as well. So frustrating as I can't speak to a person

What's the problem when you call Sky to report it again?
