So my broadband was supposed to go live in Nov, I'm still waiting!
I requested on live chat to cancel the service as they had broke the contract by not providing the service I signed up to
I was told I can't do it over live chat, started a live chat today to be told it's been cancelled so I've asked for something in writing to say I won't get any early termination charges when the fault is with them
Any advice will be appreciated 😀

I'm not sure if early termination charges would apply if they have not be billing you which they shouldn't be seeing as it had never been activated.
