Broadband speeds

I am supposed to have super fast broadband but I have had only 45.4Mb/s for weeks and it's guaranteed at 64.5Mb/s. How can I get sky to compensate for this etc?

When you click reply above were you type your response there are icons along the top .  Click the one that looks like a photo frame and select the image from you gallery

You need to click maintenancf along the top and sign in with

 

Username       admin

Password         sky or wifi password

 

Once on the maintenance page toggle to the bottom and click show statistics at the bottom and post
