Hi, my broadband doesn't seem to load the gaming hub on my new Samsung TV sufficiently

Is there any error messages? Have you tried disabling Sky Shield? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start

No error message, just really jumpy graphics and sound,

How do I disable sky shield?
