Broadband speed

I'm sick of my broadband being so slow on the evenings, when I have a guaranteed 400mb/s minimum speed, but when I do a internet speed test it's showing only 12mb/s and I do a test and all it says is your WiFi looks good when it clearly isn't.

@Markovich The question is at all other times apart from the evening peak slow down is it all tickety boo for you!
