Broadband speed
Hello, you had recently arranged an engineer to my property to look at broadband speed, and you have advised that this has been resolved, however we are still experiencing low speeds, around 80MB/S

Do you mean 80MB/S or 80Mb/s?
80MB/S (megabytes per second) would be 640Mb/s (megabits per second)
Which broadband product do you subscribe to?
