I've just paid for fibre 500

when the engineer installed it I was getting around 600mbs.

now I am only getting between 30 and 60 mbs

@jimbojones01 When was it installed your new FF Upgrade, are you still using the same sky Hub as before? Did the position off the hub change by much from the two connection types! If it is a new hub then have you switched it off for 5 minutes then back on and retested at that point!

Same hub, same position. It worked fine when installed. Now we are only getting around 50mbs
