Broadband speed

I recently switched to Sky Broadband and now have terrible broadband speed. Sky insist the network looks fine, but they offer a speed guarantee. I'm unable to get technical help over the phone, and they're insisting I reach out to the community. All devices are struggling with speed, we are not heavy users. The router was set up correctly and restarted.  

 

Is there a number I can call without getting funnelled away from actual support?

@Gareth130 Dial 150 from a connected landline or a sky mobile will get you to sky Customer service, just stay quite when it directs you to the Forum, is it a speed related issue or a wireless wi-fi signal issue, also if you wish to say what sky hub and the speed package you have, see the link below! The Forum may be able to answer some queries for you!
