I am trying to update Photoshop, but my broadband can't cope. I even get messages from PS telling me the process is taking longer than usual. I tested the speeds and got 9.30 Mbps download and 4.72 Mbps upload. I also checked through Sky and they tell me everything is ok and the speed is 22.9 Mbps. I've tried working my way through the Sky help menus, but got nowhere. Does anybody have any suggestions as to how this situation might be resolved?
