Broadband speed

We have sky 300 full fibre but we are experiencing very slow speeds on our broadband. 
I have done a speed check and we are only receiving 34.5 mbps download 

We are struggling to watch our sky Tv or stream on any device due to the broadband speed

if uoi can investigate and get to us that would be fantastic.
