Broadband speed

My broadband speed keeps dropping from super fast to slow. I had it fixed a few weeks ago but it's still not working correctly

@Broadbandspeed what spedd does the Service Checker in the My Sky app report? If you click on thecresult it should give the history for the last couple of weeks. If it is lower than the guarantee it should offer help or you can ring Sky. If thst looks ok then the ussue is between the hub and your devices which can be down to interference if you are using wifi.
