Broadband speed
Hi,
since the initial set up we have not recieved the speeds we have been guaranteed.
can this be addressed please?
I have averaged speeds of 60mbs- we are meant to be guaranteed above 600 and upto 900.
after initial **bleep** up in installation and now not achieveing speeds. Not happy with service so far.

The 'guarantee' of anything above 25Mbs only relates to a cabled connection. All WiFi is zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
