If someone doesn't email me with a solution to my querie about my WiFi I will be canceling with yo ya going with BT immediately. I pay for 250mb line and I get nothing above 10mb right next to the router this is unbelievable. 2 months I been dealing with this and calling and nothing has been done. If nothing is done by Friday evening I will not be continuing with sky it's terrible.

You will have to call Sky to see what they are doing about your complaint, if your only using WiFi on your devices then they may have decided there is nothing they can do.
