Broadband speed

My broadband speed is terrible. I can't even use my sky puck because the speed to it is so slow it just buffers constantly. It has been like this for months now. I am paying for something that is not fit for purpose.

@LauBish Sky guarantee speeds to your hub which they test daily you can see the lastvredult in the My Sky Service Checker if you click through it will show thecspeeds for the last 3 weeks. If thecspeed is below the guarantee for your line it should offer further help.

 

However that guarantee does not extend to thecspeed st your devices as WiFinspedds depend on the layout and type of construction of your home. A single Sky hub is often insufficent to give usable WiFi in every room. Sky offer a package Calked WiFi Max (.https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) which can supply up,to 3 WiFi extenders or you can buy your own WiFi equipment.
