Broadband speed
Please see notes on my file my broadband/wifi is either not working or running slow I reported this a couple weeks ago yet nothing has been done I work from home & have been having to hotspot from my phone which is terrible I am paying for the best fibre package & not received it

As you are only talking to other Sky customers here and not Sky support then we can not see any notes on yur file.
If you have already reported this then you need to chase them up to find out what is happening.
