Broadband speed

Pc Ethernet connection is really slow and should usually be around 900

currently the speed is around 2mb and ive had internet fluctuations for an entire year now using the sky ethernet I've took the pc for checkups and they said it works for them however when I try to use it it doesn't work as it should
