Broadband speed

Our broadband speed is almost half of what it should be and has been for months - I want money back

@Tim+Madew if the speed to your hub as measured by thecdaily speed check Sky run is lower than the guaranteed speed for your line for 3 days you can invoke the speed guarantee which gives you a months subs back. However if thosespeeds are ok then your issue sounds to be slow wifi in your home which isnt covered by the gurantee see here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-speeds-explained
