Broadband speed

I have done a speed test on the sky app which shows that I am getting over 400 mps, but if I check the speed on different speed test checkers, I am getting less than 100mps. The reason for checking is that I have 4 devices currently connected to the WiFi but the devices are lagging really badly which shouldn't happen with the mps shown on the sky app

@Chrystal1115  Speed tests over wifi are testing the slowest & laggy part of the network, have you run a speedtest on a ethernet connected device?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
