My broadband speed is drop to DL 6Mb/s , UL 3Mb/s

However the process is to run the connection test in the My Sky app or website thst will check the speed to the hub and if that is below the guarantee the app will offer to book an engineer to check the line if it doesnt or the system thinks there is a fault in your home it will suggest you call Sky. It can also show your speed history and test the connection to your devices.
Calling Sky is free by dialing 150 on your Sky Talk or Sky Mobile line or charged at normal rate by calling Sky's 03 numbers.
