Broadband speed slower than normal

On 80mb fibre and appsd are now 28mb over the last week. Normally get 70-73mb. 

Done the tests and reset router but still slow.

I cannot get the full fibre at my address at the moment.

@Ransnap when you say you have run tests have you checked thecspeed test results in the Service checker in the My Sky app? If not do so as Sky measures speeds to thevhub daily and if speeds fall below the minimum speed for your hub over 3 dsys it should offer help including booking an engineer to check the line. If those speeds look normal the slow down will be almost certainly within your own home.

Speed done via service checker and followed through the tests.

Sky say it is speed to the hub and the line may not support 80mb..

I have been on this service for a few years with minimum issues.

They also say speed guarantee not applicable as I am on a monthly rolling contract.

Update: Sky  came round but could not fix. Fault is on the line to the house and they have arranged for openreach to investigate.

May take a couple of days.
