Broadband speed slow

Had slow broadband for months ! Sky app shows problem with Broadband . Engineer came out last Friday said its a BT / open reach Problem , BT Engineer came today , " supposedly" fixed it to 25% faster than before! Same fault on app? Any ideas???

@MarinerCornwall What speeds are you being shown for the last 30 day's off the connection. Expand the broadband to see!
