Broadband speed issues

Hi ! 
For the last two days my hubs been slow it's know started to disconnect also . I've run the speed tests and reset the hub . Speed tests say no issues with the hub but issues still occurr.

 

is it worth trying one final reset or contacting sky in case it is a broadband issue ?

You could try another reset but if you haven't already you could rry running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Ive ran the test ans diagnostic as suggested and still says poor performance /is intermittently disconnecting .
