Broadband not activated

my sky broadband should have been connected yesterday but this morning after the 24 hour deadline still no Internet also got no central no security no auto door lock and I'm disabled in a wheelchair and my temperature is critical. I need help quickly

You do need to contact Sky to see if they've had any update from Openreach.


If calling Sky presents problems it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look here… ~
