Broadband speed issue

Started sky boradband newly 2 months ago. Since we got this the broadband speed is very low. Youtube videos will load and continue playing in very low quality, webpages takes long to load and sometimes discontinued loading. Downloading 20 mb will take 15 mins . Please help to solve this issue

@Barath1112 if you post your Sky hub's connection stats forum members can advise. It would help if you include  a speed test result run on a device you usually use.  See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
