Broadband speed guarantee

I have Full Fibre Gigafast with the white Sky Max router. When I was checking the MySky app today there was a warning that my connection to the hub has been below the guaranteed minimum 600Mb/s for several days:

I called broadband support to ask if I can claim under the speed guarantee. Of course, when I did a speed check while on the phone it came back at 903Mb/s. They ran their own check and said speeds were showing above the minimum in their system. It does look suspicious that the app has the same average speed for every day but returns the expected speed on a check. Is there any way of getting Sky to check where the app figures are coming from?

@Lancman You can only ask. but you are not the first one to spot that the speed match figures are way out off whack so as much use as a chocolate teapot for comparison!
