My boardband speed checker never works. I logon to MySky, click on the Broadband Checker button. Nothing.
It ha s been like this every since I moved to Sky broadband 3 months ago.
I was going to give up on this post as it took soooo long to load

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paddy57 if the connection test in the My Sky app isnt working you msy need Sky to find out why. It can be linked to the id you are using when signing in not being properly linked to your broadband account.
I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Something has just popped up in the text box. It took so long I thought it was not working!!!!
Thank you for your help, however the Broadband Speed Checker still does no respond......unless I need to give it 5 minutes to respond, like this text box?
