Broadband speed check
Hi, upgraded to full fibre max 500 last August. Pretty much every single day since, I log in to My Sky and it tells me I have an issue with my speed and "let's fix it" runs the 3 tests and then tells me everything is fine! I have raised this once before with Sky and received compensation, but apparently you can only claim once. If I look at the most recent mbps average for January on My Sky it is telling me it is 160mbps, well below the speed guarantee of 400. Does anyone have experience of this and why doesn't My Sky show accurate data if nothing is wrong. I don't want to be checking everyday.

Re: Broadband speed check
@fydricho What speed do you get when you run an independent 3rd party speed test?

Re: Broadband speed check
Thanks for responding, appreciated. All third party speed checks, Fast.com, Broadband speed checker etc. all come back as ok IE 500mbps +. No issues with streaming or downloading but then again I didn't have any issues before upgrading to 500 (upgrade was a reduced offer) I suppose it's just a confidence thing that I am getting the speed I am paying for. Sky recently sent me a booster pod, but My Sky still showing problem on a daily basis.
